  • How long does it take to install on site?
    We aim to have your project complete in two days. Day one is construction of the Garden Office / Room. Day two is for electrics. All the hard work and mess is made in the factory meaning minimal disruption on site!
  • Do CS-Garden Offices offer groundworks?
    Yes, we offer ground screw base installations. Ground Screws are a low mess, low noise, fast alternative to traditional concrete with no mess! Most ground screw installations are undertaken on the morning of the garden office/room installation.
  • Do you need planning permission for an Outbuilding?
    Our buildings fall within the laws of permitted development meaning planning permission is usually not required so long as thenew proposed structure and existing outbuildings do not cover more the 50% of the outside area covering your original house, is not used as permanent sleeping accommodation & not on land forward of a wall forming the principal elevation. You can find more information regarding permitted development on the Government backed planning portal.
  • What is the process from start to finish?
    To get startedsimply get in touch with us, you can request a quick quote,request a call back or simply contactus. We will provideyou with 3D Sketches of your agreedquotation ensuring every last detail is correct.We will keep in contact with you providing you with updates throughout the manufacturing process. Our buildings are prefabricated in our Hampshire factory meaning minimal disruption on site and precision engineering with the convenience of the warehouse. We offer nationwide delivery & installation of our construction. Most of our rooms are installed in a singleday with the electrics typically installed the following day.
  • Is there aftercare?
    Absolutely, we want to ensure all our customers are happy with their rooms.If you do have any issues pleasedo not hesitate to contact us so we can arrange one of our engineers to fix any issues that may come up.
  • What’s your payment terms?
    Once a quotation is agreed and you wish to proceed,we do require a 50% Deposit,this will secureyour install date.The day before your install we require 40%. On the final day of the install (if you have electrics this would usually be the following day) we require the final 10%.
  • Does my room come with a guarantee?
    We offer a 10 year guarantee with all our buildings.
  • Can I use the room all year round?
    Yes you can, our uniquemodular insulated panel systemboasts excellent u-values& are manufactured using polyurethane insulation, meaning our rooms are suitable for use all year round. We can also aid the comfort with climate control, our electricians are F-Gas registered for Airconditioning installation. If you would like a cost for this just let us know!
  • Do you have a showroom I can visit?
    Yes we do, our showroom is based in Gosport,Hampshire. We do politely ask you to arrange an appointment to visit to ensure we’re available.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We offer a Nationwide (Mainland UK) service.
  • Does the area I want to install the garden room in need to be clear and accessible?
    Yes, it’s important the area is clear and accessible when we arrive to install. This will avoid any delays on the day of the build.
