Ralph represents the third generation in a proud family business originally founded by his great-grandfather as a coldroom manufacturing company. With over 14 years of hands-on experience, Ralph brought a fresh perspective and transformed the company into a leading garden office provider, building on the same advanced panel technologies. As Director, he oversees daily operations, manages projects from start to finish, and is always available to support clients with any enquiries.

Fi is part of the family legacy behind the business—her father and grandfather built the original company, and she’s proud to see it thrive in the hands of her son, Ralph. Since joining the team in 2020, Fi has become a vital part of daily operations. Often your first point of contact, she’s the friendly voice on the phone ready to help with enquiries. Fi manages material orders for your project and prepares clear, detailed quotations to get everything off to a smooth start

Andrew is our experienced Site Supervisor, responsible for bringing your project to life on the ground. He oversees the installation team and ensures that every build is completed to the highest standards. With a keen eye for detail and a practical, hands-on approach, Andrew makes sure everything runs smoothly on site—from the first panel to the final finish—so you can enjoy a seamless installation experience.

Scott began his journey with the company back in 2010, working in the factory at Coldstream Coldrooms straight out of school. As the business evolved into CS Garden Offices, Scott grew with it—bringing years of hands-on experience and dedication to every stage of production. Now as Factory Supervisor, he oversees all manufacturing processes, ensuring each component is crafted to the highest standard before heading to site. His expertise and attention to detail are a key part of what makes every build exceptional.

Vicky plays an essential role in keeping the office running efficiently. She supports both customers and the team with everything from managing deposit paperwork and processing invoices to handling payment queries. With her experience in administration and accounts, Vicky ensures every detail is taken care of behind the scenes. She’s also one of the friendly voices you’ll hear when you call, always ready to help with a calm and cheerful approach.

Paige is a valued member of the admin team, working alongside Vicky to ensure everything runs smoothly for our clients and behind the scenes. From handling deposit paperwork and managing invoices to assisting with payment queries, Paige keeps everything organised and on track. She’s also one of the friendly, helpful voices you might hear when you give us a call—always ready to assist with a positive and professional approach.

Anthony joined the business in 2018 and has since worked across every department, gaining a deep understanding of the company from the ground up. He began by working alongside Ralph in the factory, making panels and assisting with on-site garden office installations later becoming the site supervisor. Now, as a Design Engineer, Anthony is your go-to guide throughout the entire design and purchasing process. He provides detailed 3D drawings and expert technical advice to help you get the very best out of your build
